Since it is time to take the winters off, and the stock P Zeros are trashed after 15,000 miles, I am upgrading to MPSS all around. I was thinking of going with 285/40 in back and 265/40 up front.

I know they will fit, but are there any other issues I should be thinking about such as the appearance of now adding (slightly) taller tire, handling, etc.

I am not looking for any specific performance advantage, so its not a necessity for the increase in size, but really just going for a slightly wider look.

Thanks in advance and arrears.

Those sizes will be slightly less responsive. Otherwise no problem. If it were me, I'd take the opportunity to square up the setup for better handling, but I know it's not for everyone.
