2015 18” foundries work on 2000 GT?

I have a buyer interested in my 18-inch foundry wheels.

She has a 2000 GT. Thinks they’ll fit fine because she has 20s that she hates.

I’d rather not take her money if she’s just going to go from one bad set of wheels to another.

She'd need spacers to make them fit properly. Not sure if they'll bolt right up without. The offsets on the SN95 were pretty big (around +25). The 18" S550 wheels are +40. A 1" adapter set would probably push them to just right.
