19's to 20's

Has anybody gone from 19" wheels to 20" wheels and/or gone from a 40 sidewall to a 35 sidewall?

I am considering getting new wheels and tires in the nearish future and a lot of the wheels I like are only 20's. I have the factory PP wheels right now with factory size tires.

I am worried that with a larger wheel and smaller sidewall the ride comfort is going to go down significantly. I daily drive my car and while I don't need it to be Rolls Royce comfortable I don't want to wince over every bump.

Let me know your thoughts!!

Many have and it does not change the ride that much. With a proper tire you obtain a good level of ride comfort.

The Mustang offers more than enough sidewall with 20's you will be fine and quit frankly enjoy the benefits of wider and maybe lighter wheels!
