Yes it will fit your GT350.
This will fit the GT, Ecoboost, Premium, GT500, Bullitt, Boss 302, Super Snake, High Performance Package, GT350, and GT350R models.
Do you ever make your way to Tulsa? I would throw in the jack if you want to drive to Tulsa and save the cost of postage.

BTW, if ordering new, the complete kit with jack included is $499.
So typically the jack is not free.

I think you have some misinformation. I just heard back from the supplier and here is what they have to say about GT350 fitment. I will respond and ask specifically about a spacer...

Our spare will fit your GT350 perfectly. You will use the drop down menu on the website to select the GT350 option. The spare will fit on both the front and rear as well as in the trunks wheel well. If you have any other questions please let me know.

The gt350 kit is more expensive because it includes the spacer for the front. 429.99 vs 459.99

All of our kits that require a spacer have them included with the purchase.

Yea that's my bad. Gt350R requires the 3" spacer.
