I'm sure this has been asked a million times but the search feature is a pain in the ass. I currently have a 2017 Eco premium with performance pack that has 19" wheels and the P Zero 255/40/19. I'd like to get some lighter wheels. What's the biggest tire I could fit on the 19" and the 20". Should I even go 20" if I'm trying to reduce weight? I also have the bigger front brakes. Any help would be appreciated.

this is the classified section. but no on the 20's if you're trying to save weight. 19x11 and some guys fit a 325/30 on a 19. at least on the GT

if I were you i'd stick with a 305/35 personally but i'm old and been through all the hassles and problems of doing "the biggest tire possible".

Which would you go with:
265/35/19
265/40/19
275/35/19

Id go with a 275/40r19 then. as long as your wheel is 9.5'' wide or more. that's the size of the PP tires on a 19x9.5'' in the rear. tire prices can vary widely too if you go for odd sizes that aren't popular. u can use this for size reference. http://www.wallaceracing.com/tire-aspect-calc.php

I'm not sure that it is 9.5. I wanna say the ECOBOOST performance pack wheels are 9". The three options above are the only selections I'm given on the Discount Tire website. Using them because I have a buddy who runs a store.

The Discount Tire web site is probably giving you tire size choices based on the stock wheels. If you are planning to buy wider wheels, you can get wider tires that will fit. With 19x10s you see a lot of guys going with 285/35/19 all the way around.
