18’ gt headlights

soooo this question was probably answered already buut here I go. My headlight went out the halo part and well someone told me to just buy the bulbs and they will put them on for me. Someone checked it and they couldn’t find how to open it up to change the bulb and they said it might be sealed. So I want to know am I really going to have to buy a whole new headlight that is not cheap
