Go figure, the one day I can't be there! After an extremely disappointing weekend waiting for it, I left for business last night. I'm in PA for business today and missed the arrival. Hopefully no airline issues tomorrow and I can have keys in my hand before dark.

The car is on the showroom floor now. The manager was nice enough to get some videos and photos for me. Unfortunately, having issues uploading video as .mov is not supported.

Congrats, bet you can't sleep tonight.
Exactly!! I'm sure lots of tossing and turning. I guess I might as well have a few beers and celebrate remotely. My wife stopped down to have a peek and the first thing she said to me is "no way I'm letting you take those wheels off."

Wonderful news. Mine hit the dealers lot Saturday but I can't get there to get it until Friday so I know what you are going through. At least you don't have to wait that long. Enjoy it.

Alright, it's official now with all paper work signed and car in the pony in the coral. Arrived with just under 12 miles on it. First pic is just after we unwrapped it, my wife and daughter left. We ended up with a gallery of folks watching including a couple of die-hard car guys who knew about what time I was going to be there.

Love the shot of the pony on the floor.
Thanks! I did that on purpose because I thought it looked cool. With nice weather expected this weekend, planning on driving it and cleaning the garage a little better.

For anyone interested on my first impressions who hasn't received theirs yet:

I'm coming from stock 2012 5.0 (minus whatever gains from Roush exhaust no tune). I've also driven 2015 GT Premium. On first drive of 2015 GT Premium, higher RPMs are noticeably (not huge) better than previous. Otherwise, it seemed very similar to 2012.

As SVTFreak said, the butt dyno... The LE feels (but maybe I'm just hoping) to have more low RPM torque. However, in general I'd say negligible difference in power over standard GT. It will be interesting to see if the more power/torque is confirmed in the Owner's manual we are receiving.

Coolest thing about LE: It's like opening two presents. First the car, next we get to wait for the surprises with the welcome kit!

Also, I had a custom protection spray applied to my car ($1,800) that basically is like a five year wax, rock chip, interior stain protector, etc. They told me everyone who had bought a Stingray at the Chevy store did it. They demoed on a new Mustang (not mine) spray painting a spot on the hood and wiping it off. Anyone else do something like this?
