Seems the mzr engines use a hitachi hpfp same as vw. Ford is using bosch hpfp but I cant find out what version. Apparently the f150 pumps are different than the sho pumps and the f150 pumps are supporting right at 500 wheel. F150 is also a 3 lobe whereas the sho and mustang are 4 lobe. Cant get a good enough pic to see if the f150 would bolt on either

It appears both the f150 and the stang ecoboost are 2 bolt mounting to the hpfp boss so in theory it might bolt on. They also appear physically different. However no idea if one is rated for more flow than the other. Livernois might know something...

Full-Race mentioned in a different thread that they are working on the fueling issue with Ford. I think I remember something about getting 30% more flow from the injectors and a solution for the hpfp in the works.
