'15 GT Performance Pack 0-60 Shifting to 3rd?

Does anyone else have a '15 PP car and redlining 2nd gear before 60 mph when running track aps 0-60 test? I know w/ the 3.73 gears you are supposed to hit 62-63 mph in 2nd gear so that way you can run 0-60 with only 1 shift. Ive hit the rev limiter a few times testing this and I can never complete my 0-60 runs without going to 3rd. Has anyone else had this issue?

the onboard computer wont register your 0-60 until you shift into third even though you can reach 60 in second
