Hey guys so I’m new to the forum I’ve been following it since I got the car but never really registered but since I decided to, I figure I would ask a question I’ve had for a while. Let me start off by saying that I love the look of quad tips but I dont really wanna cut up my bumper just for quad tips. I’m sure a lot of people feel the same. So why hasn’t an aftermarket company come up with a piece that just replaces the black plastic with a double tip opening. It seems to me like it would fit and I know the factory black part can just be snapped on or off so if someone decides they want single tips just change exhaust and valence again no cutting into the bumper just swapping a simple part. Seems to me that the aftermarket is really missing out on creating a design like that.

There is this option .
1 is for the premium bumper with the rear sensors .
2 has been released within this years time frame which attaches to the base rear bumper ..

Do more browsing and research and you will find them on 1 or 2 of the hundreds of aftermarket parts suppliers ..

Look at the bottom of this page to start yer search .. V .......

I’m not sure if we’re thinking about the same thing. I think the first thing you’re referencing is the Roush and gt350 rear valances? And the second is the fins for the base bumper is that correct? I’m currently trying to get pictures of what I’m talking about and will post shortly

So here’s pictures of the premium rear bumper. Which honestly looks pretty good without the valance but it would look better with a smaller design of the valance that keeps the shape of the opening for the exhaust. The other picture is of the valance which simply clips on to the bumper. I have yet to find one that doesn’t require cutting of the bottom middle section of the bumper but if there is then I definetly want to know about it

I've been looking for the same thing so I know just what you're talking about... The searches have been fruitless. MP Concepts (sold by American Mussel) and Anderson Composites come close but still require cutting the painted section off... But they do give you the ability you use a Quad setup... I'm probably going to go the cutting route and call it a day. After see how Hissman modified his I'm a little less worries about doing it. https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/adding-quad-tips-to-the-stock-premium-valance.103517/

Things I've learned in my research...
For this to work you will need tips that separate in a symmetrical 'Y' (like what Hissman installed)
Tips that separate in an asymmetrical 'h' (Corsa & Rouch) will not fit like you'd want them to.

I run the SLP LM2 so adding tips is easy, its just a matter of paying for the tips I like ($$$) and being brave enough to make the first cut.

I saw the thread by hissman a while back and it seems easy enough to buy another valence at like a junkyard or something and make it work and that might be what I do in the future.

One can only dream of a manufacturer coming out with a valance like the one I talked about and a nice quad tip catback made to fit that just straight bolts on though. Maybe even a nice active exhaust catback.
