10r80 Noise 1->2

When my car shifts from 1->2, there’s a grinding/buzzing/whirring? noise. Wondering if anyone else has this or if its a problem. Does not seem to happen with 2->1

I have an F150 A10. Mine makes a similar noise when cold and manually shifting 1>2 from a dead stop. Seems the A10 does not like cold fluid. I mostly don't move until the trans oil reaches 100*
