I don't think it fits perfectly. I had a 275/40/18 I would travel with in mine and the flap stuck up maybe 2 inches above level. So I'm guessing this would stick up a little less than that but not flush. I still had more than enough room for my bags and bags for two other people traveling with me as well (both of which were girls and they brought tons of bags haha).
