wobble

From 1 to about 40 mph steering wheel wobbles/shakes back and forth. If I let go it naturally steers the car to the left. I had my tires balanced and that didn’t fix anything. Curious if anyone has had a similar issue or an idea about the cause. Google mentions tire rods or ball joints. It’s a...
