vacuum line

I'm hoping somebody can help me figure this out. I bought a used JLT CAI for my 2017 GT PP. The air tube has an extra hose fitting, but the motor and OEM intake tube do not have the additional fitting and hose (see photos). After looking at other CAI's online. It looks like most CAI for 2017...
