limp home mode

Mates, Everything happened after a track day (two weeks ago), the car is getting into limp mode (mainly when at low speed). What driving me insane is that: 1- the car has ZERO reported errors on Engine, transmission, body, etc 2- the car has only 124,000 KM mileage , transmission oil checked...

*fixed Speed sensors were not calibrated after putting on the wider tires after talking to Lund.

I don't see a lot of this, so it sounds like this condition is something not too common. So thanks in advance for any brainpower :) Twice, after a two day track event in the summer, on the drive home I have gotten a P0088 and P0087 trouble code at the same time. One is fuel pressure too high...
