engine knock taping noise low milage

So I have seen that many others have been experiencing this lovely engine knock from their Gen 3 coyote's, it sucks. I am curious however if anyone is in the same boat as me for time to repair? I dropped my 18 5.0 that had 2900 miles to my local dealer on November 13th 2018 for these repairs...

Was out of state this Friday and the car started making knocking noises. Pulled car into parking lot and had it towed to a Ford dealer close to current location since I was 160 miles from home. Any one else ever had this kind of issue? Ford did oil change at 6k miles.
