According to topnotch, 16098 usually is a fender emblem code.

It's in the "Shelby" script and it's formatted correctly. Kind of like when in September of 2010 certain parts in GM parts departments had "SS-Z28" stamped in them before it was renamed the ZL1.
They have to get catalog out early and can't afford to reprint them all the time so they always have to have stuff in there that indicates upcoming models

Think December...car may be at LA show...NAIAS could have Raptor....also Camaro may make an appearance in Detroit.
All 50 Year Editions should be sold by then and Oct/Nov will have loys full with v6/Eco/GT's
