These exhausts are part of Solo Performance’s new lineup for the 2015 Mustangs (along with a cat back version for the GT and an EcoBoost version – I am not sure if that is an axle back or a cat back). The GT axle backs are made of 3" free-flow mandrel bent T409 pipes with Solo Performance's own Angled MR Resonators (replacing the stock mufflers) and 4.5” T304 polished tips.

So far I am very happy with the sound, very deep, rumbling tone and reasonable loudness (I live in a condo, so that was an important factor). Saying that if I want (get on it) it sounds insane. Jeff and his team at Solo Performance made a very good impression, they certainly know their business and how to handle customers. Jeff even gave us a small tour in their factory (they have multiple locations in Canada/USA, I met with Jeff in their Mississauga, ON facility)

P.S. I am not affiliated in any way to Solo Performance. They have installed some new S550 exhausts on Mustang6G Toronto (http://www.mustang6g.com/?p=6206) members’ vehicles (my GT axle back, a GT cat back and an EcoBoost) to collect user feedback before the upcoming market launch… These systems are the commercial versions and were paid for by the users (although I got a reasonable discount for being part of this program).

Sounds nice. Would love to hear it with a resonator delete.

The catback is coming with Solo's x-muffler (an encased x-pipe based muffler if I understand correctly) replacing the resonator (and 3" pipes all the way). It does sound great, but I let the owner of that car (he is a member here too) to review.

That is correct. I have the SOLO cat back system on mine and it encorporates an x muffler with 3" stainless throughout the system. There are no traditional resonators on my system, however the system does have a J-pipe right around the rear axle for anti-drone purposes. I've only had the system on since yesterday, but so far I am loving every bit of it! I'll write up a full review with video as soon as I am able (currently in the process of moving). Will post updates!

I should hopefully have a review up this weekend. This system just screams at Wot..... Loving it and loving the attention!

OP,
Can you post a video of them at start up and idle? They sound amazing under load...possibly the best I've heard for a deep, clean sound that isn't obnoxiously loud.
