What is Ceramic Pro?

Ceramic Pro 9H is a Permanent Nano-Ceramic Protective Paint Coating.
Ceramic Pro 9H is a Permanent Nano-Ceramic Paint Coating that features a High Gloss finish, unmatched Super Hydrophobic Effect, Scratch Resistance, Chemical Resistance, UV Resistance, Thermal Resistance and Anti-Grafitti.
Both the Super Hydrophobic and Anti-Grafiti effect combined mean the surface coated with 9H will stay cleaner for longer as dirt and grime will not stick to the surface and the super hydrophobic effect of the coating will cause water to bead up and roll of the surface with any dirt and grime, the hard ceramic film also offers superior protection from damaging contamination and harsh chemicals.
9H forms a permanent bond to the paint work and will not wash away or break down, 9H can only be removed by abrasion making it a highly durable protective coating to protect your paint work for damaging contaminants.
The unique formulation of 9H has enabled it to be multi-layered which means the thickness of the coating can be increased with additional layers allowing a thicker / harder film that will increase its scratch resistance.

Comes with a 5 year warranty.

I have been in contact with Hamza from GetDetailed and he is willing to offer 15% discount If 3 members sign up, and 20% discount if 6 members sign up. By signing up, you understand that you are 100% committed.

Note: If you are planning to get clear bra, stripes or roof wrap, this must be done prior to ceramic pro as this stuff is so slick, that nothing will stick to it. Lets see how many people are interested. Also ask any questions you may have.

Group Buy Expires on June 30th, 2015.

Members Commited: 20% OFF is a GO.

You have to get a yearly inspection which costs $100+ per inspection to not void the warranty.

That's the only thing that is stopping me from getting this.

Really, I did not know about that. That would stop me from getting it as well. I will clarify with Hamza.

Back and Forth email with Hamza. For more information.

Hi Stephen,

1. It will handle well, so light snow will fly off right away and heavier snow/ice will come off the vehicle easier but you will still need to take care.
here's a link to a snow brush I think you should get.

2. So the white is not exactly made from salt as much as it is from magnesium chloride (de-icing fluid), but can handle that as well. It will help the paint resist corrosion but I recommend getting it rust proofed.

3. Vinyl is not the same as paint because it doesn't have clear coat but the coating will help resist dirt, bird droppings etc. A picture is attached that I did for a customer, only half his roof(left side) is done at that time for testing on vinyl as you can see its way cleaner than the right side.

4. Unfortunately there is a window of time that ceramic pro is layer after that it resists everything it can including itself but we can polish the car off and do it again. There also the gold package which is 4 layers of ceramic pro that provides lifetime warranty and provides a lot more protection and gloss.

5. Yes a yearly inspection is required which is just a small insurance that the coating is still working as it should and allows me to inspect the paint for any problem areas which will be corrected. If you miss the yearly inspection than the warranty is void but the product still works. There's just no coverage if anything happens.

6. If we are doing it in this weather then it's 2 days (1 day for the work and 1 day to cure) if it's summer than only one day because the chances of it getting rained on is extremely thin.

7. Yes at this time I do have openings but I'll have to set the entire weekend away for this detail so if your not sure and I get another appointment then most likely it will have to be pushed to another weekend.

Let me know if you have any other questions,

Hamza

Hi Hamza,

I am doing a little bit more research on Ceramic Pro before I commit to the product. I have a couple of questions.

1. How will Ceramic pro handle snow and ice? Will it deflect it easier?
2. How will Ceramic Pro handle the white salt stains in the winter?
3. How will ceramic pro handle if we put it over a vinyl wrap on the car? Will it react the same way as the factory paint?
4. If I wanted to put additional Layers of Ceramic Pro coating in the future is this possible?
5. If i get the 5 Year 1 coat of 9H Ceramic Pro. Will that require a yearly inspection?
- What happens if i don't go for the yearly inspection.
6. How much is the ceramic pro with 5 year warranty. tax and labor all in.
7. How long will you require the car to apply the ceramic pro 9h.
8. Do you have any openings for this detail this weekend?

This is from Hamza:

Just got off the Phone from Ceramic Pro HQ and they say no, we can do it without the yearly inspection. It's just better for the customers in the end because a professional detailer will look at the condition a year later, make sure everything is holding up, do a thorough wash and claybar (decontamination), and if the customer has any issues we can resolve but if that's not of interest we can we don't have. Basically it's optional and it's a service which usually costs $200 to non-coated cars.

So for this group buy the 5 year warranty stays in place, if you get the year inspection or not.

I might actually be interested in this group buy if the $100 warranty not being required is the case.

Hi just to confirm, the warranty is not required. It is optional.
Hamza, will this ceramic pro do a good job of preventing rock chips from hwy driving like a clear bra? or will it just minimize it? How much to get additional coats?

Ceramic Pro 3 times as dense as the average clear coat but rock chips will still happen if they are big/fast enough. Additional coats can be bought for $150/each. Additional coats will add to the protection and gloss capabilities.

So how do you get maximum gloss from your paint?
First thing is prep work this is a majority where the time spent. Giving the vehicle a thorough cleaning, decontamination, paint correction (swirls/scratch removal, yes even from BRAND NEW VEHICLES <- you will be surprised) then then the paint wipe down and installation of Ceramic Pro.

Additional coats will essentially build more clear Ceramic Pro and add to the mirror shine. You see shiny expensive cars, these cars have a lot of clear coat and what we are doing is the same thing on your cars. Building the clear coat with layers of product that not only give you a mirror shine but also protection standard clear coat cannot give you.

Sounds good but would it be possible to get additional coats only on the front end where rock chips are imminent? In areas where a clear bra would cover for less than the cost of a full coat?

If you just want the front clip (Bumper cover, hood, fenders, side mirrors) it'll be $80 without the GB discount but remember it won't do the same job as clear film just minimize the rock chips. We do clear film as well if you need it.

Yes this product can withstand heat up to 750 deg. C. so exhausts are also done in my packages. Basically you get the entire outside with me, no additional costs for rims, exhausts, glass, plastics etc.

Check this video out.... in 1080p
