Help with log review

I ran my car at the track yesterday and a couple of odd things happened in the log. I would love to get your opinions. On pass 1 the log looked good till it hit third gear then it picked up knock and pulled timing the rest of the run. On pass two I put the inlet back on the supercharger and log looked much better but the ramp up of RPM had a odd spot in the middle like convertor slipped. My mods are listed in signature.

It appears that the convertor is not locking until midway through third.

Can't see it on my phone for some reason. My Guess is you added some boost with the intake off and it knocked with the added boost. Also 3rd gear lock up is normal. PD blowers lock in 2nd. Turbo and Centri are 3rd or 4th.

The tune is commanding the converter to lock when it commands 2nd gear which is actually before the shift to 2nd. So on my logs the converter is locked in 1st at 5800 or so. For some reason it is unlocking for a bit half way through third.

Tuner said it looks like transmission clutches are slipping in third.
