This is what apparently we have in our vehicles. I have googled for some time and I cannot find specs stating its boiling point temperatures. Anyone has inside information on this?

Granted, DOT 4 specs for 230 degree C / 446 degree F but I just wanted to see if I could get away with not flushing the existing fluid before this weekend.

Motul 660/Castrol SRF is in the horizon but not on my schedule :(

I'd be surprised if we had DOT4 already but its possible. I swapped over to ATE DOT4 anyway. Motul RBF600 is of course excellent but like double the cost of ATE.

Thanks for your response.

The owner's manual and some collateral i found state we have pm-20. How much did you end up using? About 3/4 liter?

Interested in this as well, wonder if the PP cars get different fluid from the factory?

The owners manual states that the appropriate brake fluid for all s550s is dot4 motorcraft pm-20 fluid.

As per the manual, brake fluid capacity is "between min/max on brake fluid reservoir". At least for oil capacity it states 8.0 quarts and not a dip stick reading ;)
