That seems to be the case. I got an email from street fighter because I had asked about there style packages. They said that they are using the roush products. I'm not sure if they will do a unique styling package in the future.

I read is as the valance and the difference to add the extra tips to their exhaust options, rather than an axle or cat-back muffler setup

Correct. Our valance and quad tip option is $790 supply or $1287 supply and fitted as an extra option.
