6 weeks later and no cotus...normal?

I ordered my '18 about 6 weeks ago and I still don't see it on cotus..is that normal?
I keep asking the salesman and he keeps repeating that it should be up soon. My order number looked generic with the same number repeated 4 times, I wonder if it's correct.
Anyone else have this happen? Can I call ford?

My order is not on COTUS yet either, but it’s been about 4 weeks for me. Hearing this does not help with my lack of patience. Dammit!

Did y'all pay a deposit when you put in the order? the dealer i am working with wants $1,000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit

1k here. But he put it on a visa card and there’s nothing in writing that says it’s non refundable so I see no reason I couldn’t dispute the charge if push came to shove.

Did anyone who left a deposit sign some sort of contract clearly laying out the terms of the deposit? Maybe it’s just Realtor in me speaking but all our contracts typically revolve around what makes the deposit refundable and nonrefundable. I don’t see how they can enforce deposit being nonrefundable without some sort of contract you signed in place. I signed nothing...Never have for a new car factory order deposit..

Mine showed u on COTUS today as “order processing”... almost exactly a month after placing the order... but I had told the dealer a couple of days ago to cancel it because now I want the Bullitt... looks like they may just keep the order anyway... I’ll keep an eye on it as I may have to revert to buying it if they jack up the price on the Bullitts too much.

I suspect you're right, there's probably absolutely zero legal way they can keep a deposit.
