Picked up my mag metallic baby last night, with the PP. Loving how the black rims pair contrast the paint, not in love with the chrome lugs though. Was thinking it would be cool to find some lugnuts as close to the mag metallic as possible to contrast the black rims. anyone know if something like that exists? i was thinking plasti dip would be an optiong but would it just stip off when you tightening the lugs? Anyone got any ideas or can point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Amazon.com....

Bought a set there - they were listed as for "Chevy Silverado" which means they come with 4 extras in case you muck one up, lol...

45 bucks, they fit the cone seat just nicely, work well under pressure of being cornered, and just about every color you could want. I don't want to mess up and break the forum rules for a vendor name I saw on there - but look.

Huh. I didn't realize that hard-anodizing steel was an option. I've only played around with minor aluminum anodizing with an acid bath and battery charger.

Just get these, $50 from Lynn below. Spline drive, so each lug is also a lock.

Gorilla Wheel Locks 96643BDX

With these you will not see the "Silver Ring" of aluminum wheel showing around the smaller 71642NBC lugs
I got mine through Discount Tire Direct....
Better Price than Summit...

Like some have said it is best to powder coat them. The plasti dip will peal off when tightening the bolts.
