Doesn’t let me start my car after I put gas …

searched on google a possibility as to why my car is doing this, and says this can be the problem? I’ve been experiencing a weird noise coming from my drivers side and it’s random. it sounds like “ERRRR, ERRRR,ERRR” and then stops. don’t know what this could be please help! also having problems at the gas station while filling up my car , doesn’t want to start once I put gas . doesn’t matter the amount i put of gas , it gives me a hard time to turn on . the motor sounds like it’s literally gonna come out of my car , when trying to start. My engine light is also on , so just trying to figure out the problem to my car, any suggestions of what it can be?
