High speed, and the hood not only flex, but seems as it's gonna rip apart every second. Happens to you too? Any fix?

First car with more than 140hp. First time I use winter tires (x-ice3). When the car is in sport+, dry road, and I accelerate just a tiny bit more than the minimum I get pretty nasty oversteer (10-45 degrees). Will it be the same on the p-zeros? Or is it just the nature of 440hp?

Premium Auto GT (no perf pack). What wheels (rims) can I choose for winter use? I got overwhelmed by the params. Can I use 17'? What is offset? Can I buy any 17 (or if 17 doesn't work then 18) rims I'd like?
