Have we gotten any info on what the base interior looks like? same'ole crappy tiny screen?
Also, the drive modes. In the video they were changed via the toggles. Wonder what that means for the Base car.
God i hope they got rid of those fucken numbers around the screen. So dam tacky.
Thanks...
Correct, anything you can do on a android phone / tablet you can do on these type of head units. netflix/gps / torque / custom overlays that are better suited for driving / Pokemon Go! (lol), just about anything you can think of.
So any gps that is on android can be used by this head unit, and...
From what ive seen on these, they rarely get updated. However, when was the last time you had a oem unit that actually did a substantial update? I'll take perma android 4.4-5.0 any day of the week over sync 2 / 3
and as far as root goes, most are root'able, usually with the auto root tools...

will have ALL the info and hacks you need for these head units, they have made custom eq apps.
Thanks for the video :)
That's What I figured, sync was likely bypassed (so now your phone is paired to the android head unit and not sync.), and now you have to use "ok google" to use voice commands via android(you can likely use the button mapper to make a voice command button from the head...
Yes please, that would be very nice to have.
* can you use a bluetooth OBD reader to use tourq.
*if you could show the boot time.
*I assume this is like other android head units where you can use 3g / 4g usb dongles?
*What was the price
*Also, would you happen to know what exactly had to be...

I too came from a S2000 ( Current fun car ), mostly stock only suspension mods, and a 94 twin turbo fd rx7 ( miss my baby, ls1 engine swaped ) I have not ordered a 2015 mustang yet, still trying to decide between the v6/turbo4/v8.
I'm very hopeful the new mustang will handle well, because of...
I would hold judgement till the cars are released. I currently have a 2012 v6, which i think is a great engine. But the lower end torque leaves much to be desired, and this is coming from someone with a S2000 ( Track car ).
I am really hoping for the EB to deliver good torque at lower rpm's...
