Hi Benny. We replaced the brake hoses. The rear calipers remain the same.
At this point I need a new flare bolt to replace Frye stripped one.. Or ultimately replace the entire line. Hard to find part numbers. This will be the left rear line.

The hard line actually measures 5mm diameter I cannot find anything that meets those apexes. The Male M10 x 1.5mm I see are all 3/16. Very frustrating. I’ll call the dealer to see if I can find the whole line. But finding it online.

hello again. Update and a few more questions.
I decided to flair myself. Titan has an easy to use tool.
I bought 3/16” flare coupler and line (just in case). Also bought new M10 x 1.5mm 3/16 from brake connect.com.
Issue now is that new fittings: Coupler new flair nuts will NOT go over stock...

I’m very handy. But I’m Not sure I want to mess with flaring the lines. I’ll try to run it through a thread chaser first. Then may need to get someone with better skills to help me.
I mean the brake job looks awesome and is very detailed so far. Even replaced the hub. Just these dang...

I was able to get the front line fine with the nut retreating idea.
The first rear line I removed today ( driver) is also strip. Curse Ford!!
The nut is not going to work on this one.
So what choice do I have now?
