It's not. It's sheet metal. I also don't have the diagonal reinforcement pieces, looks like an aftermarket lightweight hood.
I've put D shaped rubber seals on the headlights as well as under the rubber flaps that are on the underside of the hood, to sort of prop them up.
Seems to be working...
I was wondering if I should remove the aluminum plate from the middle vent, do you think that would help? In my area there almost zero rain and all my parking spots are covered.

it's the entire hood. Adjusting the hood bump stops helps a little bit, but it's only a temporary solution.
I did install some random pieces of rubber on the holes that I marked in the pictures, and that did help a lot though.
Hi everyone, bought a used 2022 mustang ecoboost, with an aftermarket Shelby gt hood. The flutter is real.
I will install seals above the headlights and I also want to stabilize the hood at the mid length, but I can't find the part anywhere.
Can someone please show me which rubber stops fit...
