I did not see a way to mechanically adjust the camera or the housing. I did take it out and put it back in twice to ensure the camera face and mount bracket were flush as well as looking at the camera lens on the outside to ensure it was equal around the opening.

Ah - didn't think about that. I did a quick search - It appears that the stock camera field of view is around 170 degrees as is the replacement.
