I have the Steeda billet shock mount and mine actually ended up being a rock that got stuck between the mount and the body. Perfectly wedged itself in the hole that was there.

Just wanted to provide an update as I found out the issue. The car has the Tremec transmission swap done to it. So obviously the plug for the transmission sensor can not be plugged in which is causing the issues.

I too am curious on this as I'm trying to track down an issue that could possibly stem from this sensor.

Yes it "was". So I do have that warning too. I know you either have to live with that warning, buy the plug that tricks it, tie up the old valves or (possibly) turn it off in Forscan. I wasn't aware of it causing these issues though. But who knows...with the electronics being so sensitive...

Service advisor confirmed the update was done because they had to do it in order to clear it out of their recall system. The tech is going to look into it more (diagnosis cost out of my pocket) when he gets the current car in his bay completed. Hoping this doesn't turn into one of those things...
