Will lu47 injectors (tuned on e85) on a stock fuel system support a low boost ESS kit? Or do I go with a full upgrade (fuel pump, injectors, boost pump).
Iām not fully sure the exact idle range that just sounds about right. What kind of issues could be covered up? Other than the common ones Iāve found is there something deeper im overlooking?
Lund offered a $250 refund out of $725 because they still donāt believe the issue is their tune. E85 tested 87% ethanol and it was the exact same tank sitting there Pbd would idle just fine and lunds tune would idle between 435-905 rpmās at operating temp for about 3 minutes before the vehicle...
This is actually smart I didnāt think to do this. I also donāt fully know what Iām looking at because thereās a lot going on in the datalogs. Iām new to this.
Car runs fine on pbd tune people just recommended Lund cause I needed a 91 tune anyway so I figured why not get both. On the Lund tune though it hardly idles and stalls.
Might be worth diving into. Lund had briefly asked about the o2 sensors but after I gave them the pictures they wanted that was the end of that so Iām not sure what they were searching for.
Iāve sent back 4 datalogs at 10-15 minutes each of idling, driving, revving to certain rpm all that jazz to Lund and all they say is itās my problem not the tune unfortunately. Code for crank position goes away after doing the relearn and the tuner from Lund claims thatās a common CEL code that...
I recently bought a 2017 mustang GT performance package with a 2018+ manifold, IMRC lockout, lu47 injectors, and JLT intake. The car was previously tuned by PBD (palm beach) for 93/E85 and the tunes were okay but not the best. I switched to Lund to get a 91/E85 tune because 91 is way easier to...
