  1. Clean/Oil or replace my air filter?

Like I said, this is my first “CAI” so I hadn’t heard about this. Just looked it up out of further curiosity and it seems like a somewhat common occurrence so I may just go the dry filter route. Fortunately, I did not oil the inside of the filter so I think I’m safe for the time being. Thanks!
  2. Clean/Oil or replace my air filter?

Yeah, I was just thrown off since mine is black now and doesn’t look like it was ever red, but I suppose that just happens over time from getting dirty. I wasn’t sure if I had a different version or something. This is just me overthinking things lol. Already cleaned/dried yesterday and oiled it...
  3. Clean/Oil or replace my air filter?

Yeah, I didn’t see anything that said not to oil. It’s probably fine but I didn’t want to be that guy that shrugs it off and does something stupid.
  4. Clean/Oil or replace my air filter?

This is the first car I’ve had an aftermarket intake on (was installed when I bought it) and I’m wondering what to do with the filter. I already bought the K&N cleaner spray, filter oil, cleaned it and then oiled it. My question is, should I have done that? I couldn’t figure out what the...
  5. Leak!! Area behind passenger flooded with water

Gotcha. I believe I'm good there. Just need to figure out what's going on with my trunk now.
  6. Leak!! Area behind passenger flooded with water

Does that leak into the cabin or the trunk? My headliner seems fine so I don't think that it happening with mine. I know that I do have a leak in the trunk as well and have seen that mentioned. I tried to recreate the leak today but I couldn't get any water to come through so I am just going to...
  7. Leak!! Area behind passenger flooded with water

Just wanted to share my recent experience with a leak in case this helps others in the future. About a week and a half ago when that hurricane rolled through (I'm in Florida) we had like 2 straight days of rain. I went to drive my car a few days later and basically saw a puddle behind my...
  8. Car won't stay running after swapping back to OEM intake from JLT CAI

I appreciate the responses. My main reason for doing this was that the finish on the JLT intake is flaking off and looks bad, but I would hope that it's making more power with a tune. My follow up question is since it has been tuned already, does it even make sense to go back to stock or would I...
  9. Car won't stay running after swapping back to OEM intake from JLT CAI

I just got my 2016 GT a few weeks ago. It had a JLT intake and full exhaust. I ended up swapping back to OEM exhaust manifolds because I felt that the headers were a little too loud for daily driving. I also found an OEM intake for super cheap so I decided to swap to that as well since I have...
