guys, I need some opinions. i'm gonna head to the dealership in December after the dust clears from the new 2015 stang & pick or order one myself. my question is, should I trade in my 2012 5.0 or keep it. it's been paid for, for over a year and other than the Roush Stage III on it, it's a bone...

that's a great mod for the add'tl horsepower. when I put my Roush Stage III on my 12' , I asked for some kind of exhaust mod to open it up and was told there's no good reason to do that

Sabre - I agree - they could also have a path to open up all the SVT items in the form of "Packages", but then I guess that could make their "specialty" cars not so special. I mean the Roush Cars are so dang expensive, but you can get a roush blower installed on a GT and have money left over.

tbonez3858 - the first time another 5.0 ran past me like I was in reverse. I became immediately convinced at that moment.

the top speed doesn't bother me. it's how fast I can get there to that that matters to me........... say, by the time a 1/4 mile passes

the upgrades to the internals is a big deal for me,so, i'm looking at performance stock & adding onto that after I buy..........but, i'm keeping my 2012 w/ the Roush Stage III SC though & driving it only one day a week to keep mileage down.
