So I wiggled under rear and found a number on the springs. They are black with a number ebs-23r google says "accelatec"? any advice on these? Should I change them?

I just bought a 2016 gt premium and I believe it's been lowered but can't tell. It has 20's on it currently and clearance from fender to tire is just under 3/4 inch. I believe it rides a little rougher than some I've drove too. Any help appreciated.
