With the recaros ..8 grand seems likely...
Awesome package with just the go fast goodies...
Money well spent.
Should give the gt350 a good run for its money on the track.
Both awesome cars....as is the new camaro ss ..
As far as a stripper 3 lt corvette...that doesn't make sense because the 3 LT corvette is heavily optioned..
The first level of corvettes is 1LT, then there is the more luxurious 2 LT and finally the most heavily optioned package is the 3 LT...
The dealers giving you 38 grand on the gt...figure how much less your getting versus your price paid for your mustang minus taxes...
Divide that by the number of months you owned the mustang.....and if you can live with that cost of ownership of the mustang....then go for the rs...
I'd...
Both awesome cars! Hard to say which one is better....probably so close in so many areas it's just one good choice or the other....
The new mustang GT is great as is the new camaro ss from what I can see at this point.
Great time to be an auto enthusiast.
Interesting that infotainment technology such as this holds the deciding factor to not purchase at this time.
New world.
I hope ford updates it's infotainment tech to meet your expectations.
I don't happen to agree yet respect your perspective as it's your money.
Price wise the mustang gt will blow the z28 and hellcat out of the water.
Total performance could be somewhat below the two other high priced pony s in the test but the balance inclusive of price might give the mustang the heads up..
Should be interesting to say the least.
If you need an AWD or need a four door...the s3 is impressive but if you want an American icon with a v8 and 435 hp stock....get the mustang gt.
Good luck deciding
The ecoboost seems like a viable alternative and should be reported as a great vehicle. Still if I were shopping today before the reports on both cars become apparent.....I'd have to go with the stout 5.0 based on its previous outstanding performance.
The new 5.0 supposedly outperforms the...
5 hp and a slight weight gain is nothing to sweat.
IMO
Get either the turbo4 or better yet the v8 if you prefer.
Can't wait to see the new mustang at the ny auto show.
Looks beautiful on my 55 inch tv....
Pretty nice on the computer but I've heard in person the cars folded sheet metal...
Although I'd wait for the 5.0 mustang real world fuel economy before deciding,
That said...if you like the fwd fiesta st....it's supposed to be a wonderful hot hatch.
Maybe enjoy the new fiesta st for a few years and if you want.......the get a mustang Eco boost or v8...
The red 2015 mustang seen on tv as a commercial for need for speed movie looks dam good.
I'm not a big fan of the efforts so far to show what the 6th gen camaro might look like....
Hopefully gm designers will do a better job.
