Im not sure on that because I dont know what other systems the mustang computer uses that signal for such as stability, abs, etc etc. im not using any of those systems on this swap so gor me it doesnt matter, i use a power, ground and a 12v ignition to turn it on, thats it.
Thanks for your input, but youre incorrect, it does work and does not rely on those things at all. It looks for a CAN signal for 3-5 seconds and then defaults to a power rack only. There are several people using these on swaps and they work great for that reason. Go look up atp designs...
Does anyone happen to know what thread size and pitch the tie rod locking nut is? Im trying to take off the e-rack to use on a build and the one side of the car was wrecked which ruined the inner tie rod and nut. I can find the tie rod replacement but no one seems to know what size that nut...
