You got it, it's that simple, loosen 2 nuts and retighten. The tender side of the hookup has a cap. So when I'm not using it, I put the cap on, fold the wire up next to the strut tower, and zip tie to hold.
I guess so, that's a weird one. I think I'd rather have a glove box light as opposed to the vanity mirror on the driver side. Just saying...If I had to choose.
I have a 2023 gt 401A, and was replacing the map lights with LEDs, so I thought I'd change out the glove box light while I'm at it. Well...there isn't one there. I see the space for it, but no socket, no wiring, nothing. Is my mustang special or is this normal for 23s?
EDIT: Just read that...
My 18 f-150 (3.5TT) is clunky and jerky, always has been for 40k miles, but it works....knock on wood.
22 Bronco is fine, smooth for a Ford fine.
23 mustang not so much, it was super harsh when I bought it with 39 miles on it. I was already told it qualifies for TSB 22-2428. But....with...
I thought this was going to be one of those "look at me" threads, but it's actually been really cool to see what everyone has other than a mustang! So I'll share...
2023 moostang
2022 bronco - waiting a year and half for it......worth it.

Dang, this is real. Brand new '23 gt, I put steeda ultralite linear springs on it Labor Day, and the left front is lower than the right. Enough so that the tire will scrub the fender at higher speed bumps. I probably wouldn't have noticed if not for the tire rub. And I know the springs are...
I cleared the tables and halted the learning. It’s been driving more “normal” for the past few hundred miles. Still not great, it‘s more like my f150 now, clunky, but works.
I think in my case, some one went on a test drive and dogged the crap out of it when the trans was trying to "learn". I looked at the g meter prior to driving it and someone took a right hander at 1.59 Gs, that's not slow.
I think I'll do that too! Joking. But I have a brand new '23 with 150 miles on it. Super hard shift from 3-4 and 4-5 when in sport or sport+ with light throttle. Bought it with this condition, it had 34 miles on it but I didn't realize it until after I purchased. I was told that this qualifies...
