If it is hard water from sprinklers, use straight white vinegar. Spray it on, let it sit for a while, (no more than 5 mins should be good) then wash it off. That's what I used when I was working at a Ford Dealership.

I haven't heard anything about it on the new S550, but I know the new Focus ST (at least Euro Spec) is getting Fords new variable ratio steering rack. Maybe look for it on a future model or refresh of the Mustang?

I see your point. I get it, and I completely agree. But wouldn't Ford have to create a different taillight housing to accept the amber LED in the bottom of the lamp? The way I see it, if that were true, it adds cost and complexity that Ford doesn't want in their "One Ford" plan. Bean counters...
