deep impact gt at the houston auto show, i have a few pictures however this one has been covered a bit already. i will say however seeing the car in person definitely gives a different perspective than the pictures, it looks well executed and presents a whole lot better. i have been out of the...
agreed, I am still stuck on the gulf scheme colors. and earlier I saw an American muscle video on YouTube and they showed some Chaz's and then praised the gulf scheme images showing three of them
always loved the 2004 comp orange cobra. it does look good and i have to say that the more i come in here and see it the more it is growing on me. i am just wondering if the extreme angle of the rear end is too much. i am awaiting the crowd photos from the people that get to make the event.
I would have loved to take a drive in however I had a vantage v8, just recently got rid of her, and what an amazing car. drove like a roller skate, turned and handled at 100+ like most cars would like to at twenty mph. fit and finish was absolutely amazing and it stands out in any crowd. it...
for whatever reason i can not quote the image from the other thread however after looking at it again i do not really think there is much for you to work with. and i suppose i can wait until the reveal..lol.. as for the saleen, i really like the styling of the previous cars but in the recent...
rampant, this thread has been the most fun for me. although chazcron's renders are great you have taken them in a different direction. now with that said what can your do with that rear high quarter shot of the green car? I also wanted to through out a "what will the scalene look like"...
I am currently in Kuwait, in the future on the time zones, so I will keep a look out for anything on this side of the globe however I would like to think it will be based off of the first reveal stateside to support the American heritage.
I am spreading the good word rampant and chazcron. hopefully more members to follow.
the green is pretty damn slick too, if you knew me then you would have realized that was my color.
and for an ass end comparison, here were the girls when they first met
holy cow, the blue body looks amazing in this scheme and the orange is rather nice too. that really just made my rather excited about the new body, thank you sir.
additionally I read the comments on making aftermarket parts, I think the basic design and round fog lights make the front end way...
that would look killer with the gulf livery colors. white body, orange stripe with gulf blue edging or even visa versa. not a fan of the stripes on the current model but it looks good there.
I did but I was not going to ask for him to redo it, but it is what I feared and why I did not do it to my Shelby. the lines just do not naturally flow:shrug:
it does look good with only the lower portion that rampant did.
I like the round fog light treatment. the current expected fog light openings I believe for me is what is keeping from really embracing the new front end. just out of curiosity can you black out the center of the bumper so it matches the grill openings on the orange car? just a color swap, I...
thanks, I was more thinking along the lines of the suspension points and the geometry of it, not the driveline. you are correct about the transaxle set up which is why I did not think that would be the same for the mustang.
the skeptical is always fun, hopefully the end product delivers like...
