Whelp, I feel dumb (ish) but it's fixed.
The bung on the CVFab cold side pipe had shot out, and I couldn't see that it was until the pipe was removed.
Luckily the threads were still intact, so I got a new plug and put some blue thread locker on it.
So earlier this year I added the CVFab charge pipes kit and the turbosnart kompact dual port BOV.
It was fine for the past 2 months; no leaks, issues, weird sounds, or performance problems.
