@Emilbadal @Cobra Jet I think it is related to motor mounts. When it in Park or Neutral it vibrates depend on the outside environemnt. If on even road it does not vibrate, uneven or bad road vibrate. If I put it on drive and hold the breaks there is no vibration what so ever, super smooth...

Oh no, tune and being catless has nothing to do with this. There is oil leak from the coil gasket. It is nothing major just need to be replaced sooner or later and to replace it ill have access to the VCT solenoid. so it is 2 in 1 fix. ill do it in dealership next month fingercrossed that it...

Met the tuner and increased idle, drive and reverse RPM to 800. Still issue occurs but at least it doest shake anymore but rpm does drop from 800 to -600. I read online some people managed to fix it by swapping to 5w50 oil but Im not sure if it gonna harm my engine since I dont track it or hard...

Went to dealership and they said they gonna change it "as per client request" which will not gurantee anything and total cost including labor is around 5200 SAR (1350$ U.S dollar). So i passed. Ill learn to live with it until car completly stall or a code show up

Well... this issue is common on F-150s too it seems which makes coytee gen3 engine the culrpit. They seem to also fix it by changing VCT solenoids. I will drop mine to dealership tomorrow and request full vct change and see how it goes. This issue is driving me crazy and killed the joy to drive

Yea mine runs fine too, i read somewhere changing oil velocity to w40 or w50 fix the tick.. havent tried yet
