I've tried my damnest searching, but I can only find bits and pieces of information. Anyone have a good strategy when it comes to changing the spark plugs on a 3rd gen coyote 5.0, specifically that far back passenger side plug? It looks like a giant pain in the ass to get to. I'm at 42k and soon...
I have a 2019 Bullitt, all stock. Ever since I re lubed my brake pads, I’ve been hearing a loud clunk when I first pull out of my parking spot as I use the brakes. I can kinda feel it hit on the clutch/brake pedals. After the clunk it doesn’t happen again until I let my car sit a long while...
Welp I guess that squashes that. A while back I some Bullitt owners reported the nGauge kinda watered down the exhaust sound and wouldn’t switch back to normal, even after resorting the default tune. I didn’t see how that’s possible, I was thinking modern tuning was getting super advanced...
Yes. I am aware. However, it’s been tossed around before that a custom tune has been known to loose that tone, I haven’t heard any other info, therefore I was putting two and two together unless there’s not a chance that’s possible.
I was able to confirm with a Flat Rock factory tech the Bullitt indeed has a custom deeper classic muscle car exhaust as opposed to the normal higher-pitched aggressive 5.0 sound. Personally hearing both GT and Bullitt, there is a significant difference AND the Mach 1 exhaust doesn't come close...
One potential downside I've heard from tuning is that it gets rid of the custom Bullitt exhaust tone? I've tried searching and so far it's a 50/50 mash-up of the exhaust tone comes from the OEM Bullitt tune or the pipes themselves.
Yeah I've always lubed the slider bolts when doing brakes and never had any issues, just this was my first time doing Brembos. I did use the grease packet on the sides and pad backing like other pads, just didn't grease the pins that hold the pads since conflicting information recommended not...
Has anyone else experienced the most horrendous ear piercing squealing with powerstop z26's? I put new pads on a few months ago and ever since, if I come to a very slow stop, they let out a bad squeal that sounds like no other. It sounds like someone's playing a hi-pitched sax.
I've researched...
I bought mine last year at $42k with 9k miles. Dealerships are offering me $50k, but the only way I'm trading is if they toss me a classic stang fastback haha.
I've tried doing weeks of research and sound testing to no avail. Is there any aftermarket exhaust that will come remotely close to the deep throaty muscle car grumble of the Bullitt's custom exhaust? I'd like to squeeze some more dB's out of the exhaust but I just can't find a aftermarket brand...
