My first time ceramic coating. Two coats of CQUK 3.0 + reload. Complete PITA, really learned that good lighting is key. So many high spots after the first coat. Sunlight brings out the sparkle in the GB metallic. .

Just picked it up. 1/24 order. 6/4 blend date. 6/16 shipped. Got to dealership last Saturday. Had to beg and plead to pick it up ASAP because Im leaving for an extended work trip tomorrow---if i didnt pick it up today I would have been back way after their deadline. So just one night together...

They've told me multiple times there's a backlog of a bunch of cars. But they also have the 14 day deadline to pick up. I'm guessing no more than a week.

Today was supposed to be the delivery window to dealer, but it is still at the Twin Oaks railyard. I flew south out of Philly last night, wanted to pull a DB Cooper when we were over the yard. There were a ton of cars waiting there.

FP says it is now sitting at the Twin Oaks, PA, rail yard awaiting a truck to take it 36 miles to the dealer, ETA still after July 11 because of the shortage in available trucks/drivers. The United road tracking site has it as "inactive." And I leave on an extended trip out of the country...

Got the email confirming my delivery was pushed to July 11-17 after being shipped June 16. According to Ford, the delay is to "ensure your complete satisfaction." 🙄🙄
