I have same problem with Rear Park Aid not beeping. Just picked up a 2021 Ecoboost Premium Convertible with 46,300 miles. All going well, but noticed that the Rear Park Aid does not beep when in reverse and close to an object. Tried to turn on in menu, but the choice is grayed out. Won't let...
Just turned 77 this past summer and currently driving my fourth "stang". These last two are '21 and '16 EB premium convertibles. Very bad left knee has now negated any manual trans. Decided to opt for open air and good gas mileage.
Parked my Silver EB next to a Black and Yellow in the heavy heavy rain. Decided to wait for rain to stop while in store. On my return rain had stopped and the Black was gone. Oh well, he who hesitates......................
Just got quotes from Ford's Extended Warranty directly from them on the three contracts (years/miles) I am interested in.
Their prices were $2-300 higher than those quoted by my local dealer. Comparing "apples to apples". Maybe my dealer's prices are a little lower since I am a long time...
You are correct on both points. In 2022 got $25,000 trade-in for the 2016 with 66,000 miles. Last week got $21,300 trade in on a 2010 370Z with 23,000 miles. Out the door price on this 2020 was $22,700. It was a no brainer for me.
Thanks for the heads up, but it appears from their website they don't offer there warranties to those of us in Florida. FL is not on their list, very strange. I will be calling in morning to confirm.
Thanks again
I only drive about 6-7,000 miles per year. It should be getting a breather for a while. Also, thinking about getting the Ford Premium Ext'd warranty to help my wallet sleep at night.
Well, I sold my 2016 Premium EB Vert in June 2022 and have missed it ever since that impulsive act. I was seduced by the money; i.e got a great offer and went for it after a long arduous losing fight with Ford corporate regarding the paint bubbles on the hood of my 2016. Couldn't stay away...
Suggest you check out my post "Rattle Driving Me Crazy". (Long but worth the read) My passenger side dash board rattle originated in the right side of my engine compartment. A simple fix made rattle disappear . Good luck
I feel your pain, had same situation last month on my '16 EB. Parked away from other cars in near empty parking lot. About 30 minutes later returned from store to find damage to my front right bumper cover. Head light casing pushed in and cover clips popped off. My body shop (used many...
Wow! Dave. Nice catch with the footprints. Can't believe I didn't notice while taking/sending photo. Luckily, that was dry paint and no damage to the floor mat.
