A majority of software updates, in general, are not functionality or appearance but stability and security. Likely why you're not seeing anything change.
I have them on now. they are squirrely AF when beginning a drive and will EASILY lose traction if you put your right foot down abruptly during the first 5 minutes of a drive. Even when it's 100F out. I'm going MPS4S or Conti Extreme Contact 02s in the somewhat near future.
Long overdue update, sorry. I finally got new tips under warranty from Corsa. Also bought a code reader. Code reader pointed to drivers side tip error. Replaced the drivers side tip. No issues, problem solved. Everything is working as it should and sounds SO MUCH BETTER than stock.
You"shouldn't" care, if you don't like those wheels change em, if you hate the vinyls like did (how do you do the hood and not the roof and trunk, ford?) take em off. I originally got the magnetic wheels, but didn't love em. Now I got 20 inch tech 7s and nittos that are the same weight as the...
I use 87 in my mach 1 with gas the price it currently is, I'm sure it's pulling timing and has lower net power, but I'm not sweating it. Still fast, and the loud pedal sounds just as good as 93 for less.
Dude, I ordered my mach 1 in mid feb, got it the last week of April. the answer is it all depends on if they have to wait for parts "x,y,z" and then inter-related constraints, if any, at the time of order/build. There is no "one answer" it is always, "it depends on ...."
If you're going fast enough to need 305s in the back, you may eventually want to stop. 275s for the front would be a better idea than 245s for stopping.
When gas prices were reasonable, I always ran 93. Since the war and steep uptick in prices been running 87. I don't notice any difference, but I'm rarely on the roads with no one in front of me. I'm sure, if dyno'ed, it would be down on power, but my butt dyno tells me it's fine.
