One thing you may want to consider about the Wipple is the order lead time. It's been upwards of 6 months!. Check out the "The Wipple Wait" on this site.

My guess it's a production issue. They likely have limited production for each lid and matching heat exchanger so which ever one they have on hand is what they ship. I would think that sometime in the future only the dual port one will be produced.

As I said previously the dual port version appears to be the same lid that's used on the 3.8L. Look at pictures of both and you can see they are the same. I think eventually there will be only 1 lid, the 3.8L one and the 3L one will be discontinued. I think the 2 port version is better due to...

I wounder if we are mixing 2 different products. The one with the 2 outlets looks like the 3.8L supercharger. The single outlet is a 3.0L model.

6-8 weeks! I wish. I don't know who told you this but it's more like 26+ weeks. There's people who ordered back in November of last year and are just starting to be delivery.

Strange there is such a wide difference between order dates and delivery. I wounder if the special color adds a month to a order. It's nice to see that mid January orders are being shipped. Maybe things are speeding up.

The nice thing about Edelbrock is that they won't take your order if they don't have it in stock. When I went to order one for my daughters Subaru BRZ it was out of stock and I setup an in stock notify with Edelbrock. 3 weeks later I got an in stock notification and ordered it. Less than 2 weeks...
