What's the minimum space I can have for the front wheels to the strut

Ok guys what's the minimum clearance between tire and strut, I know I'm going to get a lot of different answers here, maybe not, have at it!!!!

I hear that Ford is running 5w30 in the 2021 coyote,any one know anything about that,I always thought they should run 5w30 full synthetic to begin with!!!! Any thoughts or info ?
