I've seen this car at the South OC Cars and Coffee, looks good in person. Over priced IMO but def a neck breaker.

I canāt recall how quickly it happens, but thatās the only noise my car makes when turned off. Itās sorta like a slide then clunk noise. If you can post a video I can verify. Or I can just try it out when I get home from work later š
I believe you're referring to the noise the steering column makes when it locks after the car has been shut off for a minute or two. If you have the enhanced security package the middle storage console also makes a click noise while locking after the car has been shut off for a few minutes. My...
Wish we had a 1/4 track near me in SoCal (only have a 1/8th track near me) š. Like LSchicago said, air down a bit and work on your launch. 2017 GT PP is a Mt-82 3.73 gears I believe. You should be able to get a better 60' with some practice:thumbsup:
Well it depends on what your end goal is, if you just want a different sound I'd go with an aftermarket axelback of choice and keep the stock one for if you ever need to go back to stock for whatever reason, this will be easier than buying and aftermarket cat back and having to go back to stock...
I believe they are clamp on when bought new but the used set I got was cut without clamps, any muffler shop will do it for cheap I believe I was charged like $60 give or take for the weld job.
if you're looking strictly for sound you can purchase an Axel back which is much cheaper, used market I was able to get an S Type Axel back for $400. I have since opted to get a Thermal R&D Catback which is a slight step higher in volume compared to the S-types but not that much louder. I...
#1: Exhaust tones are subjective but I would suggest looking into Borla Touring or Borla S-Types as they are relatively quiet until in high RPM Range and have a deeper note than most exhaust setups ive heard. Raspier setups are much louder on cold start.
#2 Most aftermarket CAI's will see...
Our cars (2015-2017 Mustang GT's) take 8 Quarts of oil but I find myself adding about an extra 1/3 of a quart after an oil change to get to where I want on oil level. Was it a gradual decrease while putting miles on the car or was it only noticed after the miles were put on it?
If you can find a Gt350 IM and TB for a good deal youll see good gains and a higher rev range capability. Short Tube Headers are not worth it IMO. A ported 18+ Mani paired with a PMAS or JLT will give you the best bang for buck performance gains. Throw some LU47 Injectors for e85,then get that...
IMO I'd take the Supra GR with the b58 engine over the 400z with the Vr30 engine. Theres a big beef between the VR30 and B58 communities in my local race scene and a lot of money runs end up with the B58 owner getting paid lol. Also in terms of looks I prefer the MkV when done up, off the lot I...
for a 2nd gen you would just need 47 LB Injectors, my tuner recommended LU47 Ford Performance Injectors. Also was told you can use stock injectors and tune only to run E85 but I just got the recommended ones bc I didnt want to find an injector cleaning service for the stocks.
Thanks for the input, I have yet to see anyone test it at the track, I've just seen the lower IAT's advertised.
I agree that you wouldn't see those gains without a tune. I also agree with Alex from Lund in his recent live stream where he states that the majority of major cold air takes...
