Looking to get rid of these two tires. One has a little bit of a curb rash. Both have around 19k miles. Not sure if the dealership put new tires on it when i bought the car with ~11k miles. They've been wrapped up for almost a year so if you're really interested in them i can unwrap them and...
The paint is fine except for the front bumper/grille and the hood scoops. I have videos and pictures of them. There's little faded orange drops. The guy who did the plastidip didn't put a thick enough base in some areas so it some spots faded through.
Not sure how long a stock exhaust, cat would last. Mine blew out in a few days. Yea you need a Whipple tune, specific pulley size, injectors, etc. I have all the stock parts except the exhaust of course. I thought about maybe going back to stock then selling the Whipple stuff but I don't think...
I haven't had any issues from cops here in San Diego. I have a few more years till I have to get it smogged. I think my only options are selling it, keeping it as an off road, adding high flow cats and making a few changes to make it street legal, assuming Whipple makes mine legal through the EPA.

Looking to sell my car, planning on getting rid of a lot of things, saving money, traveling, etc. Car “should" be around 800hp per shop with...
howdy y'all. just stopping by to say hi. lookin for a good place to go cruisin or say hello to some fellow mustang owners down in central SD. i've gotten my car fixed up and tuned. had a whole ordeal with a shop out in colorado that didn't install my whipple correctly. had a great shop in LA (pk...
just to let everyone know i got mine finished a few weeks ago. got everything sorted. side note, check your passenger side active exhaust valve wire harness, it has exposed wires that rub against the frame. may want to wrap it up. i've also got catalytic converter efficiency codes, so gotta get...
yea if i end up shipping the whipple to me, i'll work on it with my friend, he's a mechanic and said he could do it, we'd just need to get help with tuning.
i didnt ask for any race cams. all i asked/and paid for was to put in the whipple, bmr k member, sway bar. nothing was said about putting in cams or anything until recently when the wrong parts were in. i told them all i want is the whipple and suspension parts put in. i'm not really sure what...
Apparently it's a cam lock out that was the wrong part. Sounds like they don't want to just put in the whipple without these upgraded parts. And they don't know when it'll come in. And it takes them a few days to tune the car on a dyno
yea, i know they rebuild engines basically from the block up and do all that stuff. unless he meant camshaft drive kit. which i still didn't ask for or is needed. the communication hasnt been very good. i was getting close to just cancelling it. i'll let ya know what i find out.
my car is still sitting at the shop for the past month. even though the whipple came in the middle of july (supposedly). they said the wrong cams came in, even though i didn't ask for/order any. i have to get ahold of them again to figure that situation out. i asked to get some pics of the...
my kit came in last friday. a few weeks later than originally said. my shop is doing a bunch of little upgrades to it as well. but i have to wait for them to finish other projects to get to mine. so hopefully the end of this week or sometime next week. at least it's been delivered lol.
My order is supposed to ship today or monday. Apparently it takes 5 days or so to get delivered. My shop has a few ordered so they are all coming together. There was some confusion with when my order got submitted, i paid for it on nov 24th, but they my have sent it in to whipple a lot later...
